ChalLEANge conference

This month we participated in the #ChalLEANge conference - the largest in the field of Lean, Digital and Green Leadership in Croatia. One of the speakers at the conference was the director of Agrovelebit d.o.o. Nikola Vidaković, who shared with the participants the experience and benefits of introducing the Smart Factory into the company's operations.
